Bundle Transfer Conveyor

The Bundle Transfer Conveyor receives bundles on pop up infeed belts.
As bundles reach the backstop, pop up belts retract and bundles exit
using belt driven rollers. Bundles can exit to either side of the
conveyor and will be turned 90° to entry.
The BTC is most commonly used in a corner situation, connecting other
bundle handling equipment or with an ACCUSTAK. |
Twist Belt Conveyor

The Twist Belt Conveyor is designed for wax lines. It receives
material form the first curtain coater and rotates it 180 degrees
before feeding it into the second curtain coater to be waxed on
the other side. |
Bottom Sheet Inserter
|
The Bottom Sheet Inserter feeds a bottom sheet under a stack as it
conveys thru the machine. The bottom sheet may be placed under multiple
stacks across and out. |
| TAG-IT
|
TAG-IT is an innovative load tag applicator
that applies load tags in a unique way, ensuring they will not become
loose from the load. The load tag can be secured to the load by
the top only or by both the top and bottom of the load tag. Load
tags can be pre-printed and loaded into the unit or printed at the
conversion machine via an interface with plant production systems
or from files stored in memory. |
