Bundle Breakers/Separators

Bundle Breaker III

The BUNDLE BREAKER III is the next generation update and provides box makers with the increased performance demanded by today's rotary die cutter lines. Faster cycle times are a result of improved controls with optimized position sensing to reduce overall platen travel during the break cycle. The segmented floating platen design allows true multiple-across breaking performance for bundles with slightly unequal heights. Large windowed panels provide better visibility into the breaking zone. an improved color touch screen interface is more intuitive and reduces set-up times. A powered tilting infeed conveyor provides quick and easy personnel access to the other side of the line.

Omni-Separator

The Omni-Separator increases the efficiency of rotary die cutters. Nicking multiple boxes together increases the number of boxes across the machine that can be run on traditional die cut stackers. In addition, smaller boxes nicked together can be run at higher speeds due to greater box stability in the die cut stacker. Filling the die and increasing the run speed can greatly increase your production while minimizing the material handling requirements upstream of the die cutter. The Omni-Separator also has the flexibility to process nested boxes without operator intervention allowing you to run more boxes across and creating a better stacking geometry for your die cut stacker.

The Omni-Separator also maximizes production of platen die cutters. Nicked bundles are separated in both directions allowing the die to be filled in both directions. The Omni-Separator has the flexibility to process nested boxes without operator intervention and allowing the run of complex boxes such as crash lock bottom boxes in a more efficient manner. Nicking the boxes together allows processing single sheets in the stacking area so you can run more efficiently. Filling the die and increasing the run speed can greatly increase your production while minimizing the material handling requirements upstream of the die cutter.
