Machine Systems Europe, announces the introduction of TAG-IT!
TAG-IT is a load tag applicator designed to address problems associated
with manually inserting load tags on automated palletizing lines. Until
now load tags have been applied by hand, (very labor intensive) or with
self-adhesive glue systems that are either disliked or unaccepted by the
end customers. The new TAG-IT applies load tags in a unique way, ensuring
they will not become loose from the load. The load tag can be secured
to the load by the top only or by both the top and bottom of the load
tag. Load tags can be pre-printed and loaded into the unit or printed
at the conversion machine via an interface with plant production systems
or from files stored in memory.
TAG-IT can be installed behind any palletizing system and places load
tags on up to 4 sides of a finished stack in a position to suit the final
customer or plant needs. Installation and integration with your existing
conveyor system is both quick and easy. The introduction of a TAG-IT allows
operators to concentrate on the important tasks in running high speed
profitable production lines and solves the safety concern of operators
walking of conveyors to attach load tags. Alliance
Machine Systems International’s CUBIX counter ejector is proving
to be a new product with GREAT promise. This counter ejector features
a downstacking design that significantly reduces scuffing, ink smearing
and jams, especially when die cutting inline. A special incline transition
section interfaces between the folding rails and the hopper, allowing
for reliable stacking of flat die-cut sheets in addition to folded corrugated
boxes. This gives the flexo folder gluer the ability to do some of the
work of a rotary die cutter. The catch pins and stripper forks extend
from the front of the counter ejector to catch the trailing edge of the
box ensuring reliable bundle changeovers and precise bundle counts.
