ACCUSTAK IN THE SPOTLIGHT:
ACCUSTAK® is a versatile fully-automatic stacker capable of
building bundles, stacks, or multi-up stacking of corrugated blanks
at the maximum speeds offered by modern 2.8M class finishing machines.
The downstacking hopper design features a fixed stacking angle to
provide consistent stacking quality while eliminating potential
safety problems inherent with stacker designs featuring moving inclines.
ACCUSTAK® is capable of up to 4-across operation, with 5-across
operation available as an option.
ACCUSTAK® can store over 2500 orders in memory and execute automatic
setup within approximately 1 minute. The Siemens S7 PLC controller
powers an easy-to-use color-touch screen operator interface with
graphical displays and integrated diagnostics. All machine axes
can be manually or automatically adjusted to provide operators with
maximum stacking control of blank size, shape, caliper, and warp.
In addition, ACCUSTAK® features an integrated Bundle Transfer
Conveyor mechanism for bundles and a Bottom Sheet Insertion System
for stacks.
