High Boardline Installations
Scope Packaging, Inc (Orange, CA), like Deline Box Company (Denver,
CO), is now equipped with Alliance Machine Systems International,
LLC’s FEEDMASTER® prefeeder and ACCUSTAK® down stacker.
Alliance has specifically adapted its material handling expertise
to high boardline, high graphics applications. Configured to deliver
full-height stacks or bundles the Alliance ACCUSTAK improves production
flexibility. The ACCUSTAK is capable of high output speeds with
up to five across and multiple “around the die” capabilities
to maximize press throughput. The Scope Packaging ACCUSTAK features
advanced communications (to optimize the order entry/recall process)
and AutoSet to reduce set up time to 70 seconds or less.
