Vice President of World Wide Customer Service
Richard
Daigle has been promoted to Vice President of Worldwide Customer
Service and appointed as an Officer of the Company. Richard has
been a member of the executive staff since October 1999, serving
in Manufacturing and Customer Service management roles in both the
US and Europe. Based on a strong technical background and deep industry
experience, Richard has made major contributions to the company
over the past 6.5 years.
Richard has assembled a team of highly skilled service professionals
and management processes that make our Customer Service operations
among the strongest in the industry.
