The new I-Series J&L Specialty Folder Gluer Features

in the USA, the J&L Specialty Folder Gluer is available in widths
ranging from 65” to 170”. New developments include the
enhanced Servo Synchronized Transfer (SST) feed module, higher performance
backfold, an operator friendly interface with advanced diagnostics.
The SST driven feed module accelerates blanks to full machine speed
as they are fed into the gluer, thus reducing drag and ensuring
the straightest possible feed which result in the highest quality
boxes. The enhanced backfold minimizes the required distance between
blanks, to back fold the flaps, allowing more boxes per hour for
a given belt speed.
The modular J&L is designed to produce all styles of specialty
boxes from lock bottoms and trays to today’s most demanding
box styles. Backed by the best people in the industry, 24 hours
