New High Speed Top Feeder

Machine Systems International, LLC announces the latest member of
its FEEDMASTER® line of prefeeders for the corrugated industry.
The High Speed Top Feeder (HSTF) enhances today’s newest top-printing
flexo folder gluers which can operate at up to 21,000 blanks per
hour. The HSTF exceeds these speeds with an innovative dual-chamber
inverter that eliminates empty cycles allowing faster delivery into
the finishing machine.
The HSTF operator station features a color touchscreen with an easy-to-understand
graphical presentation. A wide range of optional features has been
developed in response to customer requests.
Alliance reports that several HSTF’s have been delivered to
date, with additional machines on order.
