Alliance Machine Systems Europe BV Streamlines Service Operations
Alliance Machine Systems Europe has taken steps to
integrate its Customer Services organization, currently based in
Bruges, Belgium, into its main facility in Bladel, Netherlands.
The benefits of this change will be faster and more effective response
to customer needs for service and spare parts. Mr. Roel van Hout
will be responsible for the full spectrum of Customer Care and will
manage the new organization.
For the next six months the current Alliance Customer Services telephone
/ fax lines can be used for ongoing service and spares needs, however
these will be replaced by the current telephone and fax numbers
for Alliance Machine Systems Europe BV in Bladel:
