New Stacker Models
Alliance Machine Systems International, LLC announces the introduction
of the two newest additions to it’s ACCUSTAK‚ stacker
family.
A new High-Boardline ACCUSTAK model is now available that is fully
compatible with the latest high-boardline rotary die-cutters. ACCUSTAK’s
proven down-stacking design is uniquely suited to complement the
full speed and high performance of these new-generation finishing
machines since it doesn’t have the moving inclines that require
feed interrupts. In addition, ACCUSTAK’s quick automatic set-up
feature matches the fast order changeover capabilities offered by
high-boardline finishing machines. The first two ACCUSTAK models
of this type recently began operation in the U.S.
In another development, Alliance has redesigned the stacking hopper
of the ACCUSTAK to optimize all components exclusively for high-speed
bundle operation. This new High-Speed Bundle ACCUSTAK provides operators
with a 50% increase in production line speed over the standard ACCUSTAK
configuration that is capable of building both bundles and stacks.
The first ACCUSTAK model of this type will be installed in the 2nd
quarter of 2004.
Alliance reports that both the High-Boardline and the High-Speed
Bundling design features can be combined into a single machine.
The High-Sped bundling design is available on the regular board
line as well.
