Mark Duchesne reports that “Today’s corrugated
converter requires a higher rate of return on assets. Cost pressures
and required productivity gains are driving technology and investments.
Alliance Machine Systems International is uniquely positioned to
help achieve these objectives and has enjoyed working closely with
our customers in 2006 to bring them superior value-added and demonstrable
productivity gains in their operations. It has been a win-win scenario
as our business has grown steadily throughout the year in all geographic
markets that we serve. We thank our global customers for the opportunity
to work with them in 2006 and look forward to finding ways to serve
them even more effectively in 2007 and beyond.
At Alliance, we are proud of all the products that we offer. Each
year we continue to invest in R&D, working to ensure our product
offerings leverage the latest technologies. This year we shipped
ALF MAX robotic palletizing systems at the highest volumes since
introduction in 2004. Superior performance is the reason. ALF MAX
has demonstrated that it is an extremely reliable system that removes
the take-off bottleneck and optimizes the productivity of even the
fastest flexo folder gluers. Our large array of feeding systems
is unsurpassed in quality, reliability and performance. Together
with our stacking, breaking and palletizing systems they can optimize

Our High Speed Top Feeder, Electronic Special Block Feeder and Electric

full production capability from these machines.
In 2006 Alliance continued to be the market leader in the Specialty
Folder Gluer arena. The highly respected J&L Specialty Folder
Gluer leads the line-up with the late 2005 addition of the versatile
Tanabe line rounding out our specialty gluing offering. This combination
offers the widest array of solutions for corrugated specialty folding
and gluing. For those that take the time to evaluate their need
