You can contact our helpdesk for all technical questions. Our helpdesk engineers can advise you about how to react if there are problems, how to make sure your machine is up to date, how parts can be replaced most effectively, etc. We can also provide on-line support service.
The sole purpose of our helpdesk is to be of service to our customers. For this reason, you will not be charged for using the helpdesk.
